You will manage key accounts, identify upsell opportunities and build relationships with neurosurgeons, theatre teams, neurophysiologists, consultants and procurement. Hands-on field role with full product and clinical training provided. The Company: Established specialist medical distributor with strong neuro relationships, excellent training and progression opportunities. Requirements: • 3+ years surgical sales experience • Technical/clinical sales aptitude • Strong relationship-building skills • Full UK driving licence (max 6 points) Package: • £50k–£62.5k basic • £25k+ uncapped commission • Car allowance, pension & healthcare • 25 days holiday + stats
