Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing flagship team
• Drive KPIs, productivity, and commercial performance
• Deliver exceptional client engagement and luxury service
• Build and manage VIP client relationships
• Drive CRM activity, appointments, and repeat business
• Support appointments and VIP client experience
• Maintain exceptional visual and operational standards
• Identify opportunities to maximise trading performance
• Lead from the front with a hands on management style

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience within a premium, luxury, or high-volume retail environment as an Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, or Store Manager.
• Proven ability to drive commercial performance within a fast-paced flagship or high-footfall location
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing large teams
• Commercially astute, operationally strong, and highly customer focused
• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
• Adaptable, hands on, and confident operating within a dynamic retail environment

Offering

• Salary circa £40,000 to £50,000 dependent on experience
