The Role
This is a fast-paced, high-energy B2B role where you’ll work with existing customers to renew their contracts , retain their business , and identify opportunities to improve their services.
You’ll be the voice customers rely on - turning problems into solutions, renewals into long-term relationships, and conversations into commission.
What you’ll be doing:
Handling inbound calls around renewals, service queries, complaints, and cancellations
Making outbound calls to customers who may be considering leaving
Retaining customers by resolving issues and delivering a great experience
Renewing and upgrading existing services
Spotting opportunities to add value across energy, water, telecoms, payments and insurance
Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer issues are fixed quickly
Owning your accounts and driving commercial success

You're ideal for this role if you have:
Strong communication skills
The drive and resilience to succeed in a competitive environment
Confidence working across different systems
A proactive, target-driven mindset
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Customer service or client-facing experience (a bonus, not a requirement!)
The ability to calm, support and turn around challenging customer interactions
