As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the brand grows—building the infrastructure behind the creativity. Acting as the operational backbone, you’ll translate the founders’ vision into clear, scalable execution across logistics, ecommerce operations, and internal processes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and understands how to bring structure, rigour, and commercial thinking to a creatively led business—without compromising its edge.
The Role
Operational Leadership
Drive the operational roadmap in line with the founders’ vision and growth ambitions
Act as the central connector across logistics, ecommerce, customer experience, and head office
Implement processes, systems, and KPIs to support sustainable, scalable growth while maintaining agility
Logistics, Warehousing & 3PL
Manage and optimise relationships with UK and international 3PL and warehouse partners
Oversee inbound, outbound, and returns operations—ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and cost control
Continuously evaluate performance, SLAs, and cost structures to improve operational output
Ecommerce & International Growth
Oversee end-to-end ecommerce operations, collaborating closely with trading, CX, and tech
Support international expansion, including cross-border logistics, shipping, and fulfilment strategies
Ensure operational readiness for new markets and increasing global demand
Financial & Commercial Ownership
Own operational budgets, forecasting, and cost management
Analyse margins, logistics costs, and efficiencies—driving profitability and smart scaling decisions
Head Office & Team Coordination
Act as the operational hub across departments, ensuring clarity, accountability, and pace
Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture across teams
Support founders with reporting, decision-making, and execution of key initiatives
Build scalable ways of working as the business grows
About You
Proven experience in an Operations Manager / Operations Lead role within a fashion, lifestyle, or ecommerce brand
Strong commercial acumen, with hands-on ownership of budgets, P&L, and cost optimisation
Experienced working closely with founders or senior leadership in a high-growth environment
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership in ambiguous situations
Highly organised and data-driven, with the ability to implement structure without slowing momentum
A calm, confident operator who can balance creativity with operational excellence
