Job Title: Area Sales Manager Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Basic, Uncapped Commission (OTE c£75k), Company Car, Phone, Laptop, Company Pension Scheme, Incentivising Holiday Allowance, Death in Service Benefit, Full Product Training. We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional for our Area Sales Manager opening. They offer a collaborative, down-to-earth team culture, alongside long-term customer relationships. Within the role of Area Sales Manager, you will promote both new & used machinery sales across West Midlands & Wales. Managing and growing sales of new and used construction machinery Developing long-term relationships with contractors, construction hire businesses, and end users Preparing quotations, negotiating deals, and closing sales Proven experience in field sales (construction plant, powered access, agricultural, material handling, forklift truck, or capital equipment) Strong territory planning skills, with the willingness to travel Hold a UK driving licence
