D365 Account Manager

My global IT multinational client is hiring a D365 Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships across Microsoft Dynamics 365 accounts.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3–5 years’ recent experience in D365 account management
• Must have F&O / FSCM experience
• Must have Microsoft network (Partner Alliance Managers / Microsoft contacts)
• Microsoft certifications or formal ecosystem credentials
• Microsoft newer stack experience.
• Strong understanding of D365 applications and client engagement
• Experience managing enterprise or mid-market customer accounts
• Ability to drive account growth, stakeholder management, and customer success
• Strong commercial, communication, and relationship-building skills
