Are you an experienced Account Manager ready to take ownership of key client relationships and drive commercial growth? We are working with a well-established and growing organisation looking to appoint a Key Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of high-value clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing, commercially driven role , balancing relationship management, strategy, and revenue generation. The Role As a Key Account Manager, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of key clients, acting as the primary point of contact while driving long-term value and growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, ensuring service delivery meets expectations while identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen partnerships. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of key client accounts Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers Understand client objectives, challenges, and business needs Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and retention Conduct regular client reviews to ensure performance, satisfaction, and engagement Identify and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts Negotiate renewals and commercial agreements to maximise account value Work towards and exceed revenue targets, KPIs, and SLAs Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality service Monitor account performance, identifying risks and opportunities Act as the first point of escalation for client issues and resolve effectively Maintain accurate reporting and account data within CRM systems Support wider team initiatives and projects where required About You Experience in a B2B sales, account management, or client-facing role Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Commercially driven with a track record of achieving targets Confident communicator across phone, email, and face-to-face Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office What’s on Offer ~ Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 ~ Quarterly bonus ~ Hybrid working ~25 days holiday + bank holidays ~ Company sick pay ~ Health cash plan & employee assistance programme ~ Life assurance ~ Pension scheme ~ Eye care scheme
