The business has already established itself with major retail partners and is now looking for an ambitious National Account Manager to help accelerate the next phase of growth. As National Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of key national retail accounts, driving sales growth, profitability, and customer partnerships across the grocery channel. You’ll work closely with an experienced commercial leadership team in a highly visible role where your ideas, energy, and impact will genuinely shape the future of the business. Customer Management Build and develop strategic relationships with national retail customers Lead Joint Business Planning activity Deliver engaging customer reviews and commercial proposals Commercial Delivery Full P&L responsibility across your accounts Deliver sales, volume and margin targets Identify growth opportunities and proactively manage risks Forecasting & Planning Deliver accurate sales forecasting and reporting Support internal S&OP processes Help improve processes and ways of working as the business continues to scale Previous FMCG account management experience, ideally within branded grocery Experience managing major retail accounts Confident using data and insights to influence decisions Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Excellent organisation and project management capability High-growth premium FMCG brand with genuine purpose Hybrid working model Excellent long-term growth opportunity as the business scales 60-65,000 + 20% Bonus ~25 days holiday + bank holidays ~ Pension ~ Hybrid working (3 days per week in West London) If you’re looking for a role where you can combine commercial ambition with purpose, autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape a rapidly growing brand, we’d love to hear from you.
