As London’s stock of original timber windows reaches the end of its serviceable life, demand for quality replacements continues to grow. Our strategy is built on targeted marketing and a strong reputation for delivering beautifully accurate, period-style replacements. In recent years, Ayrton has achieved growth of over 200%, driven by referrals, brand trust, and a marketing approach that consistently generates high-quality leads. We operate four London showrooms (located in Wandsworth (head office), Dulwich, Crouch End, and Notting Hill) providing clients with welcoming spaces where they can see and experience our products first-hand and feel confident in their investment. Looking ahead, our continued success will be driven by our reputation, ongoing investment in marketing, our employees and - most importantly - the ability of our front-line sales team to communicate the value of our products to discerning homeowners across London. We are looking for a confident and driven individual to join our sales team, focused on servicing clients in the residential market. This is a pivotal position at the heart of our continued growth and an excellent opportunity to be part of a well-established brand with a strong and expanding presence across London. Respond to inbound leads provided by the company by conducting home visits and booked visits to our showrooms · Follow up leads with quotations, calls, emails & showroom visits - negotiate and close business · Support the team in covering all London showrooms on a rota basis, handling both walk-in enquiries and pre-booked appointments. · Visit sites to conduct detailed surveys, taking accurate measurements for bespoke window and door designs (training will be provided for this) · Prepare and submit detailed survey reports and specifications to internal teams for project execution · Maintain accurate records of sales & survey activities, client interactions, and survey details in the CRM system. · Required to work two Saturdays per month, with the option to take a half-day off the following week (Tuesday to Thursday).  22 days of holiday (excluding bank holidays) · Access to the Ayrton Polo vehicles for lead visits during your first six months, with a company car provided after six months.
