Territory Manager - Neurosurgery North West & Yorkshire Medical £50,000–£64,000 + £20k+ uncapped bonus • Specialist neurosurgery sales opportunity • Managing key specialist centres across the North • Growing healthcare company with varied portfolio • Clinically led, technical sales role • Home and field-based with strong earning potential The Role: Selling a specialist portfolio of neurosurgery devices, capital equipment and consumables, including innovative surgical technology. You will manage key accounts, identify upsell opportunities and build relationships with neurosurgeons, theatre teams, neurophysiologists, consultants and procurement. Hands-on field role with full product and clinical training provided. The Company: Established specialist medical distributor with strong neuro relationships, excellent training and progression opportunities. Requirements: • 3+ years surgical sales experience • Technical/clinical sales aptitude • Strong relationship-building skills • Full UK driving licence (max 6 points) Package: • £50k–£64k basic • £20k–£25k uncapped commission • Company car, pension & healthcare • 25 days holiday + stats
