IRD Consultancy is partnering with multiple globally renowned prestigious jewellery and watch brands to attract talents for multiple roles across Central London boutiques (Bond Street, Covent Garden, Westfield White City, Selfridges, Mayfair, Harrods and Chelsea). We also have exciting opportunities in several other locations within 1.5 hours of London.

Profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally within watches or fine jewellery.
• Demonstrated ability to build authentic, long-lasting client relationships , with a strong track record of clientelling and repeat business.
• Strong sales drive paired with a genuine, client-first mindset.
• Passion for craftsmanship, precision, and design.
• Exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness.
• Fluent in English, with additional languages highly beneficial.

Annual Basic Salary Package

• Sales Consultant: £29,000 - £40,000, with attractive sales commission.
• Supervisor: From £35,000-£40,000, with attractive sales commission and bonus.
• Assistant Manager: £42,000–£50,000 plus bonus.
• Boutique Manager: £45,000–£65,000 plus bonus.
