Role : Enterprise Account Executive – Early-Stage SaaS

Location : London, UK

Salary : Up to £120k base (double OTE)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience closing complex SaaS deals.
• Consistent track record of hitting £1M+ annual quotas, ideally using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate complex products or concepts into clear business value for senior stakeholders.
• Proactive in building and managing pipeline, with a hands-on approach to outbound as well as deal execution.
• Comfortable operating in a startup environment, with the autonomy to navigate ambiguity and build as you go.

About the Role:

• Own a new business and expansion quota across enterprise accounts, targeting senior decision-makers.
• Build relationships with C-suite stakeholders, map complex organisations, and develop multi-threaded deal strategies.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, partnering with post-sales teams to drive successful onboarding and expansion.
