Head of Sales London | Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office) Salary: c£85,000-£90,000 + Bonus + Benefits We are partnering with an ambitious and fast-growing challenger brand within the better-for-you food space, focused on products that support active lifestyles, nutrition, and performance. With strong momentum across multiple channels and exciting growth plans ahead, the business is now looking to appoint a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead its UK commercial function. This opportunity would suit an experienced Controller or high-performing Senior National Account Manager looking to step into their first Head of Sales role within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will take ownership of the commercial strategy across key UK channels while leading and developing a small team of National Account Managers. This is a hands-on role which requires someone with the ability to shape strategy but also execute and still be involved in managing some key customer relationships. Developing and executing the UK sales strategy across multiple channels Leading, coaching, and developing a team of NAMs Helping shape the long-term commercial direction of the business We are looking for an ambitious and commercially astute FMCG sales leader with strong relationship-building skills and a growth mindset. Experience managing major grocery accounts, ideally alongside out-of-home or foodservice exposure A background within branded food, drink, or consumer products Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability Experience mentoring or managing junior commercial team members A passion for health, nutrition, wellness, or performance-led consumer brands would be advantageous Performance bonus Hybrid working with a London-based office (2-3 days per week) Opportunity to shape and lead a growing commercial function
