An established integrated B2B creative agency based in Bristol is looking for a talented Senior Account Manager to join its growing Client Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced agency professional who thrives on managing integrated campaigns, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional creative projects from brief to completion.
The agency operates a flexible hybrid working policy, with up to 3 days per week in the office.
The Role
As Senior Account Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, motion and print, working closely with clients, creatives, external partners and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
You’ll also take ownership of exciting annual overseas events, managing the full planning process end-to-end, from research and venue sourcing through to travel, accommodation, activities and on-site coordination.
This role includes:
- Monthly travel to client offices in the Merseyside area
- Overseas travel 2–3 times per year to support international events
Key Responsibilities
- Manage integrated B2B marketing and creative campaigns
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Write clear and detailed project briefs
- Coordinate internal teams, freelancers and external agencies
- Review and quality check creative work before client delivery
- Present ideas, updates and campaign progress to clients
- Manage project timelines, budgets and purchase orders
- Deliver regular reporting and status updates
- Plan and coordinate overseas events from concept through to execution
What We’re Looking For
- Recent experience within a creative or integrated agency environment
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience across content creation, digital, motion and print projects
- Proven event management experience, including international event planning
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Confident presenting to clients and leading conversations
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
