Client Experience Account Manager

The Role – Client Account Manager   As a Client Account Manager, you’ll lead the client accounts team and help deliver exceptional service across loc8me portfolios nationwide.  You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational performance of the client accounts team, ensuring processes are efficient, deadlines are met, and both landlords and tenants receive a professional, high-quality experience.  Working closely with the Finance Director, you’ll lead, support, and develop a team while helping drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the department.  Developing the team to deliver and maintain great relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors ● Assisting with escalated rent arrears and complaint handling  ● Review and audit the accounts team's performance  ● Quality operations to ensure the team is working to the best of their abilities  ● Provide initial and ongoing training to all team members  ● Excellent communication skills to provide a high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders ● Accounting and Financial administration experience preferred  ● Flexible and adaptable in approach to work  Experience in a finance or client accounts environment is desirable, but mindset, drive, and attitude matter just as much.  We encourage innovation and fresh thinking  ● This isn’t just a management role.  It’s an opportunity to lead, influence, and grow within a business that’s going places.  Competitive salary package   ● Birthday off (paid)  ● Christmas Eve off (when it falls on a weekday)  ● Additional paid holiday entitlement – up to 3 extra days after 1 year of service   ● Enhanced maternity & paternity leave   ● Pension scheme   ● Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)  ● Access to the loc8me Community Card (exclusive discounts)  ● Referral bonus scheme   ● Regular company social events   Hours of work: 9 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday  ● Starting Salary: From £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
