Regional Sales and Marketing Manager

Quality paint products since 1858: millions of customers have chosen the company’s paints in the Industry, Refinish, Decorative, Yachting and Habitat sectors identified by the five brands of the group. After more than 150 years approximately 600 people contribute their abilities and passion to the work of research, development, production and marketing of paint products and the training of users. The company has 3 production sites, five subsidiaries and distributes its products in over 65 countries worldwide. For the UK market we are looking for an AREA SALES MANAGER - REFINISH COATINGS – NORTH OF ENGLAND Collaborating in developing sales plans and improving sales processes, in conjunction with Sales Management, while ensuring the implementation of the sales policies in place will also be a key part of the role. Contributes to increasing sales volumes , both by consolidating existing customers and by exploring and developing business within the bodyshop network. Be able to consider a strategic and commercial understanding of the customers ensuring a value proposition is always achieved. Builds relationships within the distribution and end user framework to establish a long-term working relationship. Has a good general knowledge of Microsoft office. Prepares Sales Forecasts based on structured analysis from internal and external sources.Contributes to the after-sales process . Systematically registers and analyses activities through CRM tools used within the business. Sales Area: North of England Commercial experience English fluent, other languages are a plus Data oriented and Problem-solving attitude Base salary £50,000 – £60,000 per annum + performance-related bonus
