It’s ideal for someone with a recruitment background who’s technically sharp, commercially aware, but ready to move away from the transactional, KPI-heavy agency model. Think globally recognised brands through to early-stage ventures backed by alumni from companies like Stripe and Uber. There’s a real opportunity here to help shape how they deliver working alongside our Founder’s Associate to build scalable frameworks across embedded hiring, events, and strategic recruitment projects. Acting as the main point of contact for clients - building trusted, long-term relationships, working directly with founders and leadership teams, helping shape hiring decisions, not just executing briefs Managing and progressing candidates with a high-quality, thoughtful approach Helping clients unlock new hiring strategies and channels As our fourth hire, you’ll primarily work with early-stage companies, alongside some globally recognised brands (including a recent partnership with Netflix), supporting technical hiring across Germany, the Netherlands, and the Nordics.
