D R Newitt have partnered with a market-leading food business that owns and operates some of the nation’s favourite food brands.

The business is looking to recruit an Export Sales Manager to manage and develop existing distributor partnerships across the EMEA region, with a particular focus on the Nordics, France, Italy, and the Middle East.

This role will be responsible for nurturing key distributor relationships, driving growth across the existing brand portfolio, and working closely with the US business to identify successful brands and product ranges that could be launched into EMEA markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with export sales experience within the FMCG sector who is looking to join a large international business with operations across the UK, EMEA, and the US.

The successful candidate will report directly to the UK Head of Sales while also collaborating closely with the US head office to identify new commercial and brand growth opportunities.

The role requires regular international travel across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, along with periodic trips to the US to work alongside the wider international team.

Key Requirements

• Export sales or international account management experience within FMCG
• Experience managing distributor relationships across international markets
• Strong commercial and relationship management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with international teams
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
