What We’re Looking For in a Sales Consultant Sales & Customer Service Experience: Previous B2C/B2B sales, telesales, or customer service experience is essential. Excellent verbal and written English, with good numerical skills. Motivated by targets and sales growth. Key Responsibilities of a Sales Consultant Sales & Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers and manage their journey from enquiry to sale. Promote in-store merchandise and recommend relevant products. Store Operations & Administration: Maintain high store standards through daily checks, ensuring cleanliness and security.
