Account Executive - Learning & L&D Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days remote) Salary: £75k–£80k base + double OTE uncapped The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth, market-leading business selling enterprise-level learning, training, and digital transformation solutions into some of the world’s biggest brands. You’ll be trusted to own and drive complex, strategic sales across enterprise accounts, working on high-value £1M+ opportunities with senior decision-makers across Financial Services, Technology, Retail, Media, FMCG, Pharma, and Enterprise Consulting. This is not a transactional sales role, it’s a consultative, strategic position where you’ll operate as a true business partner to C-Suite stakeholders. For ambitious enterprise sellers, the earning potential is substantial. With uncapped commission, strong deal values, and long-term expansion opportunities within accounts, this role is built for high performers who want to maximise both earnings and career progression. You’ll work alongside highly respected leadership, product, and solutions teams, giving you the support, credibility, and autonomy needed to win major enterprise business while shaping commercial strategy across your territory. What You’ll Be Doing Own and execute strategic account plans across major enterprise targets Build a pipeline of complex £1M+ opportunities with 10–12 month sales cycles Develop senior relationships with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders Lead compelling enterprise presentations, demos, and commercial discussions Position learning, professional training, and e-learning solutions with measurable business impact and ROI Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams Identify long-term growth and expansion opportunities within enterprise accounts Represent the business through networking, industry events, and thought leadership What They’re Looking For Proven enterprise new business sales experience with high ticket sales, professional services, technology, consulting, or learning solutions Strong hunter mentality with a track record of generating business through outbound activity Experience closing complex, high-value enterprise deals Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments Strong commercial acumen and strategic sales approach Confident engaging and influencing senior enterprise stakeholders Excellent presentation, storytelling, and value-based selling skills Experience using Salesforce and modern sales tooling Why Top Performers Will Be Interested ~£160k+ realistic uncapped earning potential ~ Large enterprise deal sizes with genuine strategic ownership ~ High-growth environment with strong market reputation ~ Access to enterprise-level clients and senior stakeholders ~ Clear progression opportunities within a scaling business ~ International incentive trips and high-performance culture ~ Opportunity to shape commercial strategy, not just execute against it
