Social Chameleon Location: London (remote / hybrid) We are a global, award-winning social-first marketing agency working with brands across 20+ markets. Our approach is simple: we don’t chase vanity metrics, we drive measurable commercial growth. We’re now hiring two Sales Executives to support the next phase of growth. This is a high-performance, commercially driven role focused on generating new business opportunities and closing smaller, fast-moving deals (sub-£50k). Converting entry-level (“hook”) services into revenue This is not a passive account management role. Proactively generate new business through outbound activity (email, LinkedIn, networking) Identify and qualify potential clients across key sectors (travel, lifestyle, beauty, consumer) Sell and close smaller-scale services (e.g. audits, pilot projects, initial campaigns) Build and manage your own prospecting approach, outreach strategy and pipeline using CRM systems Targets & Performance Expectations Contribute to monthly and quarterly sales targets We are cultivating a high performance culture at Social Chameleon, and those who deliver will be recognised and rewarded. 1-3 years’ experience in sales, business development or a commercial role (agency experience is very valued - but not mandatory) ~ Comfortable with outbound sales and rejection ~ Competitive base salary (£30-35k) + commission structure Exposure to global brands and high-value deals Opportunity to be part of building a best-in-class new business function We are building a team of people who want to win, not coast.
