We are a small team of highly experienced professionals that pride ourselves on sourcing and selling high quality used vehicles. We are based within our sister company offices in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire (Oracle Car Finance) A bit about you As Assistant Sales Manager at Lawton Brook, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth, efficient, and commercially sharp operation of a luxury automotive sales environment. You will support the General Manager with daily departmental leadership, ensure exceptional customer experience, and uphold the brand’s reputation for quality and professionalism. The role blends operational management with hands‑on sales activity, including stepping into the sales process during peak periods, staff absence, or high‑value customer interactions. Sales Performance and Revenue Generation ~ Prestige Vehicle Buying & Stock Acquisition ~ Stock Management and Preparation ~ Finance and Commercial Liaison ~ Operations and Logistics ~ Customer Experience and Retention ~ A healthy basic of up to £30,000 per annum, with additional commission and bonus structure linked to performance KPI's (OTE £65,000). Our hours of work are predominantly Monday to Friday.
