Through continued growth they are looking to recruit an Inside Sales Representative The Role As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll drive new business by engaging B2B prospects and building strong client relationships. Generate and qualify new leads through outbound calls Respond quickly to inbound enquiries and maintain pipeline momentum Understand client needs and position tailored telecom solutions Build trusted relationships through consultative communication Manage your pipeline and prioritise high-value opportunities Create proposals, negotiate, and close deals Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with internal teams About You B2B telecoms or technical sales experience (telesales or desk-based) - there will be training given on telephony and VoIP systems Confident, consultative sales approach—no script readers Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organised, proactive, and target-driven Comfortable using CRM systems Focused on closing deals and delivering results Ambitious and eager to grow with the business If you want to be apart of this exciting close knit, ambitious company building momentum across the UK, with great career prospects as the business grows, this role could be just for you.
