Sales Coordinator London, UK Salary: GBP 30,000-35,000 A leading media agency is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their London team. Key Responsibilities: Support the sales team with day-to-day account coordination and administrative tasks Prepare client proposals, presentations, sales materials, and campaign documentation Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients Assist with campaign booking, tracking, reporting, and post-campaign analysis Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and CRM systems Liaise with media owners, clients, and internal departments to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently Monitor deadlines and ensure all projects are delivered on time Support with invoicing, purchase orders, and general financial administration where required Conduct market and competitor research to support the commercial team Requirements: ~1-3 years of experience within a sales support, coordinator, account executive, or administrative role - ideally within media, advertising, marketing, or a related industry ~ Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail ~ Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills ~ Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel ~ Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple priorities ~ Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established agency with a strong culture, exciting client portfolio, and clear progression opportunities.
