HGV Class 1 Tipper Driver – Sheffield People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 1 Tipper Driver to join our well-established client based in Sheffield .

This role would also be suitable for candidates with experience as an LGV Class 1 Driver , CE Driver , Articulated Lorry Driver , or other similar driving roles.

Shifts: • Monday to Friday (weekend work available) • AM starts between 07:30 – 16:30 Rates of Pay: • £18.00 per hour (Monday to Friday) Benefits: As an HGV Class 1 Tipper Driver , you will receive: • Excellent hourly rates • Ongoing work • Weekly pay • On-site canteen • Training provided • Immediate starts available • Employee well-being programme Day-to-Day Duties: As an HGV Class 1 Tipper Driver , your duties will include (but are not limited to): • Class 1 multi-drop deliveries • Operating Category CE vehicles safely and efficiently • Carrying out pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections • Ensuring all goods are loaded and secured correctly • Adhering to UK traffic laws and transport regulations • Communicating effectively with the transport office and customers • Reporting any vehicle defects or maintenance requirements • Assisting with loading and unloading when required Essential Skills: The skills required to be an HGV Class 1 Tipper Driver are: • Valid UK Category CE Driving Licence • Minimum of 12 months' experience driving CE vehicles • No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no major endorsement codes) • Valid UK Driver CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card • Good spoken and written English • Excellent punctuality and timekeeping • Strong xwzovoh understanding of UK road traffic laws • Effective communication skills Desirable Experience: • Previous experience driving commercial vehicles Training: • Driver assessment required prior to starting • Ongoing industry-related training and support Apply: If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity as an HGV Class 1 Tipper Driver , please apply with your CV or contact our People Solutions branch for further information.
