Repairs Supervisor Permanent £45,000 Oxfordshire Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Repairs Supervisor to join an organisation on a permanent basis, in Oxfordshire.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Repairs Supervisor: Supervise day-to-day repairs and maintenance operations across residential properties.
Monitor operative performance, ensuring compliance with KPIs, health & safety standards, and company policies.
Carry out site inspections and manage the resolution of poor workmanship and recall orders.
Coordinate subcontractors, quality control processes, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Support the preparation of scopes of work, risk assessments and method statements where required.
Manage workforce allocation, materials ordering, and resource planning to maximise efficiency and productivity.
Oversee fleet and waste management processes, ensuring compliance and environmentally responsible practices.
Support the implementation and management of Total Mobile scheduling systems to maintain effective resident appointment management.
