Job description Plumber/Multi Trader – Social Housing (Temp to Perm) Location: Enfield and Barnet Salary: £21 p/h Nuco Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join our client delivering maintenance services within the social housing sector across North London. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with a permanent position offered after a successful 3-month period. Role and Responsibilities You will be carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties. The role requires a strong background in either Plumbing, alongside general multi-trade skills. Key Responsibilities * Plumbing * General repairs and maintenance in social housing properties * Carpentry * Plumbing * Tiling * Patch plastering * Painting and decorating * Damp and mould treatment Requirements * Strong Plumbing skills * Proven experience working in social housing (essential) * Full UK Driving Licence (essential) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits * Salary of £39,000 per annum * Company van and fuel card provided * 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
