New Resource Recruitment are currently recruiting for a proactive and customer-focused Telesales Executive on behalf of a highly succesful and growing national business.

The Role
* Making outbound calls to existing, previous and prospective customers
* Building customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities
* Preparing quotations and following up enquiries
* Updating customer records and maintaining CRM systems
* Managing incoming email enquiries in a professional manner
* Supporting customer retention and account activity
* Delivering a high standard of customer service
* Assisting with general sales administration duties
About You
* Previous experience in telesales, sales or customer service
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Motivated, resilient and target-driven
* Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Able to manage workload effectively and work independently
