About the Role We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sushi Chef to join our busy, high-end sushi restaurant in Notting Hill. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing company that values quality, teamwork, and professional development.

48-hour contract (8 shifts per week)

Requirements The successful candidate will:
Have previous experience as a Sushi Chef in a busy restaurant environment
Be confident preparing handmade sushi to a high standard
Have experience filleting and preparing whole fish
Be eager to learn and adapt to different specifications and menu requirements
Have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Be looking for a permanent, full-time position with opportunities for growth
