Receptionist £30,000k Permanent Southwark Station Office Based Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm/9am-5.30pm Architecture An award-winning Architects practice is seeking a friendly and proactive Receptionist to provide a professional first point of contact for staff, visitors, and clients for their busy design studio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, personable and enjoys working in a dynamic creative environment. The role: Ensure the reception area is kept presentable Working closely with the office manager Handle incoming telephone calls, screening and directing queries as necessary Manage meeting room bookings and assist with meeting room set-up and clear-down Serve refreshments and ensure meeting spaces are well prepared Receive, sort and distribute post and deliveries Assist with booking couriers, travel and accommodation arrangements Support document control processes Monitor and replenish stationery and office supplies when required Provide general administrative support to the wider team as requiredAbout you: Previous Reception experience desirable but no essential Happy to be office based 5 days Previous experience working within hospitality advantageous Friendly, professional and confident in engaging with people at all levels.
