Quantity Surveyor – Leicester £6-,000–£85,000 + £5k car allowance | Start ASAP We’re looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial ownership of multiple projects across housing and construction works. You’ll lead financial reporting, manage procurement, drive profitability, and be the commercial heartbeat of each scheme. The Role * Own all commercial and financial aspects of assigned projects. * Lead monthly CVRs, forecasting, cashflows, and cost‑to‑complete reporting. * Manage procurement, tendering, and supply chain selection. * Oversee subcontractor valuations, payments, and contract compliance. * Prepare and agree client valuations, variations, and final accounts. * Maintain strong commercial controls, risk registers, and audit trails. * Support project teams to maximise efficiency and profitability. What You Bring * BSc or HND/HNC in Quantity Surveying. * Strong experience in housing, cladding remediation, retrofit, or planned works would be benificial. * Skilled in pricing models, Microsoft Office, COINS, and C‑Link. * Commercially sharp, proactive, and solutions‑focused. * Excellent communicator with integrity, resilience, and a “can‑do” mindset.
