About the role
Responsibilites
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the school's curriculum and policies.
Manage the classroom environment, maintaining good discipline and promoting positive bahaviour.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support learning.
Support pupil's social, emotional, and academic development.
Follow lesson plans and school procedures to ensure smooth transitions and consistent teaching.
Communicate effectively with school staff, pupils, as and where appropriate, parents.
Ahere to safeguarding policies and ensure the welfare of all pupils
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching KS2 curriculum, preferably Year 6.
Ability to adapt quickly to differant classroom environments and student needs.
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonable skills
A passion for teaching and commitment to student development.
