Our client is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their well-established Family Law team in either their North London or Central London office. Family Solicitor Key Responsibilities:
Care Proceedings and Public Law Outline (PLO) matters
Private Children Law disputes, including child arrangements and parental responsibility issues
Domestic abuse matters, including Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders
Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
General family law matters, including issues affecting unmarried couples and cohabitation disputes
Undertake advocacy work when required
