DevOps Platform Administrator Location: Remote (UK-based) Contract: 12 months (Inside IR35 - umbrella only) Security Clearance: Active/eligible SC clearance required Are you an experienced DevOps Platform Administrator looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable client? We are hiring for a skilled professional to manage and optimise the client's tooling infrastructure, ensuring platforms like GitLab, Jira, and Confluence run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. This is a fantastic chance to contribute to critical infrastructure while supporting internal teams with configuration, access, and platform management. What you'll be doing: Managing and maintaining GitLab, Jira, and Confluence platforms to ensure high availability and optimal performance Supporting internal teams with platform configuration, access management, and troubleshooting Ensuring the security and integrity of the tooling infrastructure, adhering to best practices Assisting with cloud migration activities and integrating DevOps tools within cloud environments Monitoring platform health, resolving issues promptly, and implementing improvements for reliabilityWhat you'll bring: Proven experience in administering GitLab, Jira, and Confluence Strong understanding of DevOps practices and principles Familiarity with cloud migration processes and cloud-based environments Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams Knowledge of InSpec or similar compliance tools is a plus This role offers a dynamic environment where your expertise will directly impact operational excellence.
