Site Engineer

ENGINEER – MIDLANDS £55,000 + Package An established main contractor with a strong reputation across the industrial, logistics and large-scale commercial sectors is looking to appoint an Engineer to support the delivery of major projects across the Midlands region. The business has a strong pipeline of work including large distribution centres, infrastructure packages and complex construction schemes, offering excellent long-term career progression and exposure to high-profile developments. Key Responsibilities: • Setting out and surveying works on site • Supporting the Site and Project Management teams • Ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings and specifications • Managing QA documentation and site records • Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring health & safety compliance • Assisting with programme delivery and technical problem solving Requirements: • Previous experience working as an Engineer within construction or civils • Experience on industrial, commercial or infrastructure projects preferred • Strong setting out and technical ability • CSCS card and relevant construction qualifications • Ability to work within a fast-paced project environment Package: • Salary up to £55,000 • Car allowance/company car • Pension • Bonus scheme • Private healthcare • Excellent progression opportunities
