Mazak Integrex Programmer / Operator

The Opportunity Mazco Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established precision engineering manufacturer in Gloucester for an experienced Mazak Integrex Programmer/Operator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern machine shop producing high-quality precision components for a variety of industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating advanced Mazak machinery while ensuring components are manufactured to specification and quality standards. Machines * Mazak Integrex Horizontal Lathe * Mazak Quick Turn Nexus 250MY-2 Key Responsibilities * Programming, setting, and operating Mazak CNC machines * Creating and editing programs using Mazatrol * Producing precision components to engineering drawings and specifications * Performing first-off inspections and in-process quality checks * Selecting and setting tooling and workholding equipment * Optimising cycle times and improving manufacturing processes * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Requirements * Proven experience programming and operating Mazak Integrex machines * Strong knowledge of Mazatrol programming * Experience with Mazak Quick Turn Nexus machines advantageous * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * Experience working to tight tolerances * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently What's on Offer? * Competitive pay rate of up to £22.00 per hour * Choice of Day Shift or Double Day Shift * Overtime opportunities * Modern manufacturing facility * Long-term career progression * Stable and growing business Interested?
