This role provides structured training to become a fully qualified Felt Roofer. Key Duties Undertake a structured training programme to develop roofing skills. Work at heights safely and follow all health and safety processes. Progress from in-house training to on-site practical experience. Continuously develop skills throughout the trainee period. Requirements Must be aged 21 or over due to insurance requirements. Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn a skilled trade. Able to work well within a team and follow instructions carefully.
