Sector: Construction Minimum 4 years 5 days site based Ideally fitout or Main contractor About the Role We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Document Controller to join our construction team on a fully site-based project. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and document control experience within the construction industry to play a key role in the smooth running of a busy site. Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain all project documentation in line with company and project procedures * Upload, track, and issue drawings, RFIs, technical submittals, and reports * Ensure document control systems are kept accurate and up to date * Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and head office to coordinate document flow * Provide general administrative support to the site management team * Maintain records of site activities, meetings, and correspondence * Assist with compliance and audit requirements Requirements * Previous experience working as a Site Administrator and/or Document Controller within the construction industry * Strong understanding of document control processes and systems (e.g. Aconex, Viewpoint, Asite, or similar) * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced site environment * Strong communication skills and confident working with site teams * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) What’s on Offer * Opportunity to work on a high-profile construction project * Stable, full-time position with a reputable contractor * Competitive salary/package (dependent on experience) * Immediate start available
