* Provide leadership to three Project Leads, ensuring high-quality delivery and clear governance.
* Oversee or advise on contractual dispute processes, including claims, mediation, or litigation steps.
* Engage and manage relationships with contractors, consultants, internal teams, and senior leadership.
* Deliver high‑quality reporting, documentation, and programme updates.
* Maintain control of performance, timelines, budgets, and quality assurance across all workstreams.
Essential Experience & Skills
* Senior‑level experience delivering complex construction or remedial projects, ideally in housing or public‑sector environments.
* Comprehensive understanding of the Building Safety Act, with practical experience applying it to high‑rise residential projects.
* Experience managing or supporting contractual disputes, claims processes, or mediation linked to construction contracts.
* Strong technical knowledge of building safety, M&E systems, and defect resolution.
